Waipa Cabins Ltd is based in the heart of the Waikato. Led by business owner Nic, we have built over 125 cabins in the last 7 years.

Our workshop is located near Te Kawa Crossroads, halfway between Te Awamutu and Otorohanga. We hire out cabins to the surrounding areas including Hamilton, Cambridge, and Te Kuiti. Over the past few years, we've sold and delivered cabins all across the Central North Island—mostly throughout the Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Taranaki, Manawatu, and Hawke's Bay. Delivery and installation for these areas costs up to $800, provided your site has easy access.

We take great pride in producing high-quality cabins that remain affordable. We always aim to supply the cabin that best meets your specific needs, whether that means a short-term rental or a one-off custom build.

We're always happy to discuss your plans, even if you don't need a cabin straight away or aren't quite sure what would suit your space best. Give us a call or drop us a line—there's never any hard sell or pressure. We are simply a company that believes in quality, service, and honesty.
